Our busy Contact Centre located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire takes between 1200 and 3000 calls a day from our customers and 4000+ calls at peak times of the year – that’s why we need highly motivated individuals who can work as part of our team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally. 

You’ll be selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll recognise their needs to generate additional sales and ensure they receive the best offers. 

As a Contact Centre Advisor you’ll need a confident and professional telephone manner and be motivated and enthusiastic to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets. As a committed team player you’ll be flexible and dedicated at all times and you’ll ensure the best customer service is delivered to each and every customer.
